Limited Warranty Terms and Conditions

  • Our warranty is Carry-In i.e. after verification of image, product will have to be shipped in to our service hub.
  • Encasers will have the right to reject/disapprove any claim request that is found to be incorrect or fraud.
  • Claim request will take up to 15 working days to process after receipt of claim part in our service hub.
  • In case the product cannot be repaired we will provide a replacement/refurbished product.
  • Product will have to be picked up from our warehouse or if required can be shipped to your address however, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
  • After warranty claim is authorized, you need to ship the product and send us tracking details within 7 days, failing which the claim will be closed and you will need to raise a new service request.
