Limited Warranty Terms and Conditions Our warranty is Carry-In i.e. after verification of image, product will have to be shipped in to our service hub. Encasers will have the right to reject/disapprove any claim request that is found to be incorrect or fraud. Claim request will take up to 15 working days to process after receipt of claim part in our service hub. In case the product cannot be repaired we will provide a replacement/refurbished product. Product will have to be picked up from our warehouse or if required can be shipped to your address however, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer. After warranty claim is authorized, you need to ship the product and send us tracking details within 7 days, failing which the claim will be closed and you will need to raise a new service request.
